New Alamein city<\/a> is a new city that is being built in the northern coast and it includes various real estate developments built by the government and the private sector to be a new destination for tourism investment in Egypt. The city targets 30 thousand hotel rooms and one of the largest entertainment centers in the region.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. It is being built on an area of 48 feddans.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. New Alamein road was made for the city with a length of 38 kilometers and it passes through south of the city.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Alexandria Matrouh road is the city’s main road and it was developed and enhanced.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. It has a well planned road network with walks and wide streets.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. It has water desalination systems.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. It has a modern services network.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. It has artificial lakes, swimming pools and water sports.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Alamein International university for science and technology will be built in collaboration with Ministry of Education and Ministry of Housing.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. 6000 units for social housing are being built with an additional 2000 more luxurious ones.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. It will have a branch of the Arabjan Academy for science, technology and maritime that has more than 35 different specializations.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  11. The city of culture and art is being built on an area of 190 feddans and it includes an opera house, cinemas , roman theatre, entertainment areas, hotel and studio centre.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  12. The city will have a mosque and a church.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  13. The city has a very beautiful beach on the northern coast<\/a> with 14 kilometers length.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  14. The beach has cafes, restaurants, commercial areas and entertainment areas.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  15. The city will host a world class hotel with 20 thousand hotel rooms planned in total for the hotels.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
