It is located 15 km away from Fayoum City and 40 km from Beni Suef City. It is also located west of Cairo \u2013 Assuit eastern road, 100 Km far from south Cairo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Housing sector and portioning of the city<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The total area of the city is 13.5 thousand acres of which 1855.33 acres are an urban community, and divided as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 Residential districts<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tourist area<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recreational area<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regional area<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Industrial area<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">City center<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Southern extension area<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Northern Extension area of a space reaching 48 acres (27 social housing building)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Western extension area of a space reaching 37.5 acres (64 social housing building)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The eastern extension area is 96 acres<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Housing scheme of the city<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0The city has been planned to be implemented in four phases since the inception of the project in 2000, and to be completed in 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5 buildings of the National Housing Project with a total number of 180 housing units were completed and the delivery of allocated units is underway.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The total number of residential plots in the city is 3838 plots, including 2308 plots within the project &#8220;Build your own house&#8221;.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5 social housing buildings in the third district were constructed, while other 64 social housing buildings in the western extension are in progress.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The competent authorities allocated 227 plots of land to implement the National Social Housing Project.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Service sector<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The new Fayoum city is planned to be supported by a full-service and utilities city, and offers may recreational services. Here you are some of the projects completed in the city:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The building allocated for the governing body of the city.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Two nursery schools, one basic education school, and a secondary school in the second district of the third neighborhood.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Two commercial markets.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The design and construction of a social club project is underway in the city.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A regional park of a space reaching 30 acres is being designed in the southern extension area.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A greenhouse is under construction in the city.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The implementation of a social unit in the project &#8220;Build your own house&#8221;.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Services and utilities of 64 social housing buildings in the western extension (contains two markets &#8211; nursery &#8211; health unit) are underway.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Services of 64 social housing buildings in the Western Extension (including a basic education school) are in progress.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The implementation of a commercial market and administrative building in the second district of the second neighborhood are ongoing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Opening tender for the implementation of two commercial markets model (3 shops) in the third district of the project &#8220;Build your own house&#8221; is underway.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The hypermarket in the city center started to work.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The establishment of a basic education school in the area of <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u200b\u200b<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(social housing buildings) in the western extension is being technically discussed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Roads and Communications Network<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The New <a href=\"https:\/\/aqarmap.com.eg\/en\/for-sale\/apartment\/el-fayoum\/\">Fayoum<\/a> City is featured with its strong transport network to facilitate the movement inside and outside the city, such as:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asphalt roads were implemented for Urgent Phase Roads, Family Housing, 2nd District and Regional Area.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Roads of the entire area of <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u200b\u200b<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the residential block with a total length of 75.75 km were completed, while the roads of southern extension area are under construction.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The civil works of the communication network for the urgent phase in addition to part of the industrial zone and the second phase of the city were implemented.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The communication network in the third district (Build your own house) and the second district (family housing) were implemented, while the Western Extension Area roads for (Social Housing Land) are in progress.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The southern extension area roads were implemented to cover an area of about 180 acres<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The link between the new city with the mother city of a length reaching 4.5 km has been implemented.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Roads in the area of <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u200b\u200b<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">social housing buildings along the west of the housing block of the city are in progress.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Road works are underway in the first district in the remaining parts of the city center, tourist area and industrial area.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Volume of investments<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The volume of investments in the city is EGP 1 billion, divided as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Housing sector:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> EGP 240.6 million<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Services sector:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> EGP 71.9 million<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Utilities sector:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> EGP 640.8 million<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Agricultural sector:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> EGP 27.1 million<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These are most of the details about the new Fayoum city in terms of its geographical location, the internal partitioning of the city and the volume of its investments.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><a href=\"https:\/\/aqarmap.com.eg\/en\/\">Aqarmap&#8230;Know more<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
