The most recent of these ambitious projects was the third generation of these new cities,\u00a0 New Cairo City. It is one of the most important cities in Cairo; located on about 70.000 acres allocated to the neighborhoods of <a href=\"https:\/\/advice.aqarmap.com.eg\/en\/5-reasons-make-new-cairo-city-one-of-most-demanded-areas-in-real-estate-market\/\">New Cairo City.\u00a0<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">New Cairo is distinguished with its moderate atmosphere and low air pollution.\u00a0 As well as, it is home to major and emerging businesses and companies, especially on <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/aqarmap.com.eg\/en\/for-rent\/property-type\/cairo\/new-cairo\/shareaa-el-tesean\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">90<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Street<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and the Bank District. The city features many commercial streets that contain global brands, shopping malls, and hiking areas such as Cairo Festival Mall.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Features and Services<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The city is sparsely populated; most of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/aqarmap.com.eg\/en\/compounds\/cairo\/new-cairo?utm_source=system&amp;utm_medium=advice&amp;utm_campaign=https:\/\/advice.aqarmap.com.eg\/ar\/best-places-rent-new-cairo\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">New Cairo&#8217;s neighborhoods<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> offer high-class social living standards. Yet, some areas offer medium and upper-medium levels such as the 3<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rd<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Settlement and Youth Housing project in Katameya.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">New Cairo is characterized by a slightly higher ground level and the weather is mild and less heat in summer, but maybe cooler in winter.
