The total area of the city is 48,000 feddans. It stretches over the Mediterranean coast up to 14 km. The City lies within the administrative borders of Marsa Matrouh governorate, with a length of 48 kilometers from the international road (Alexandria \/ Matrouh).<\/span><\/p>\n

The aim of the city is to promote the housing sector and urban development by the fourth generation model. It is also the first environmentally friendly city.<\/span><\/p>\n
