Furthermore, each building is provided with its own services and facilities including, elevators and garages.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Compound Details<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/aqarmap.com.eg\/en\/for-sale\/property-type\/cairo\/al-oubour\/cairo\/el-obour\/compound\/dar-misr\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar Misr project<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is one of the best projects in which the Ministry of Housing has excelled and received a large turnout from citizens since its implementation at the end of 2014, to meet the ambitions of middle-income young people to own an appropriate unit with specifications and finishing distinct areas of 100 M\u00b2: 150 M\u00b2, throughout several stages.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0In addition to that, the project is an integrated-services compound, where you can find a mosque, a school, shopping malls, healthcare, and many other services.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Units and Prices\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The units prices start from EGP 7,400 per meter.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Project Stages\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar Misr project provides around 150,000 residential units; the project is implemented in four phases as follow:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>The First Phase:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> come in November 2014, with 30.000 residential units in 8 new cities: 6<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of October, New Cairo, Al-Shorouk<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/aqarmap.com.eg\/en\/for-sale\/property-type\/suez\/el-arebaaen\/el-obour\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Al-Obour<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Badr, 10<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of Ramadan, New Damietta, and Sadat City, all with different designs and styles. All units come fully-finished with various areas ranging from 100 M\u00b2 to 150 M\u00b2.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>As for The Second Phase: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0in September 2015, the Urban Communities Authority offered 25.000 residential units with areas ranging from 100 M\u00b2 to 150 M\u00b2, in 12 new cities: 6<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of October, Sheikh Zayed, New Cairo, Al-Shorouk, Al-Obour, Badr, 10<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of Ramadan, New Damietta, Sadat, New Minya, New Borg El Arab, and 15<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of May City.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Until the implementation rate in El Obour City reaches 81% out of 816 residential units, which is considered the highest rate among all cities. However, the Ministry of Housing has recently announced that it has completed the implementation of 120 new units, i.e. \u201c5 buildings\u201d with codes \u201c112-412\u201d, location 2 with numbers\u201c16-17 &#8211; 18 &#8211; 22-27 \u201c all are counted from the first stage of the project.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Payment Facilities of Dar Misr<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b>The First System: The Real Estate Financing System<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It means to pay 20% of the total unit value and the rest to be paid over up to 20 years.
