Some people believe that the larger the area of the apartment, the better finishing it will be and the easier distributing the furniture over the spaces. The average area of apartments in Egypt ranges between 100 – 250 m\u00b2, and they differ of course in their divisions of rooms to suit everyone’s tastes and needs. There is not necessarily a relationship between the large area and the large number of rooms as the engineering design is never restricted to spaces. For instance, the apartment area may be 80 m\u00b2, but contains 3 rooms, a hall, a kitchen and a bathroom, exactly like a design in an apartment 140 square meters. Therefore, even if your budget is limited and your family is big, you can look for a good apartment design that suits your needs at a lower cost.<\/p>\n
