So, we prepared for you a guideline for some items that you must examine before buying an apartment to guarantee that the real estate is safe and free of any large problems and to save your money and time.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

1- Plumbing and sewage<\/b><\/h2>\n

Make sure that the sewage net is free of any impurities or blockages that may cause overflow or flood of the rooms of the house. Also, make sure that the bathrooms and kitchen are free of any bad smells getting out of sinks or the bathroom. Such bad smell may be caused due to a malfunction in the connections of the plumbing.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Make sure that the internal pipes (feeding pipes) are safe and there are no leakages in the walls. Try to change the faucets and mixtures to avoid any problems of leakage or dripping as changing them can add new touches at a low cost.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2- Electricity<\/b><\/h2>\n

You must examine the electrical connections in the apartment starting from the meter, power panel and watt of each room. Try also to make sure of the accuracy of connections and the systems of the power and its proportionality with your devices to avoid having any sparks or electric disconnections.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Try to distribute both the switches and plugs in an appropriate way as they will be distributed around the rooms regularly.<\/span><\/p>\n

3- Cracks\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

Be careful of having any cracks in the ceilings or down the walls and near the columns and beams as they may be signs of having problems in the building or a sign for having a malfunction in the constructional system of the building. We give you an advice as you should avoid to buy an apartment having cracks; this is not a good investment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

4- Humidity insulation<\/b><\/h2>\n

The largest problems of finishing can appear in insulation. You must be sure that the ceilings and walls of the kitchen and bathrooms and its common walls are free of the effects of the humidity and cracks. Having any of these effects may compel you to re-insulate the humidity or repair the leakages that may happen as a result of the connections of the plumbing in the walls<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

5- Windows and doors\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

Make sure that the external wooden windows and doors are free of any defects or cracks that may cause dusts or heat to seep into the house. Also, make sure that it is easy to open and close the shutters of the windows in an appropriate way and that they are flexible and practical upon being used.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Make sure that the blacksmithing whether hinges or knobs are safe and free of any defects or whether or not they need to be lubricated. It is better to change the hinges and knobs if possible.<\/span><\/p>\n
