Latin neighborhood in <\/span>New El Alamein<\/span><\/a> is close to the heritage city. It overlooks the beaches area and contains luxurious towers; all of which attracts tourists.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, It has universities and regional service centers which transforms it from a tourist landmark into a residential area. Unlike the cities of the northern coast, this project combines between the residential area and the touristic destination.<\/span><\/p>\n

Information on El Alamein City\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

The new city of El <\/span>Alamein<\/span><\/a> is one of the most important the fourth generation cities, because it combines billions of investment volume with the application of modern technology in all projects, to be among the smartest cities in the future.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to being a tourist destination due to its location on the <\/span>northern coast<\/span><\/a>, as it contains monuments and historical tombs dating back to the battle of El Alamein.<\/span><\/p>\n

The city is located in the administrative borders of Matrouh Governorate. It is 48 km away from the international road, and more than 60 km depth south of the coastal strip.<\/span><\/p>\n

The city is divided into 3 stages: the first is located on the Mediterranean coast, the second is located\u00a0 south of Alexandria <\/span>Matrouh<\/span><\/a> International Road, and the third is located in the historical and archeological area, opposite to\u00a0 Al-Alamein.<\/span><\/p>\n

About the Latin Neighborhood<\/b><\/h2>\n

It is one of the most important projects that had received a great deal of attention since it was just an idea. It covers an area of 40 feddans. The neighborhood carries the character of ancient Alexandria, influenced by the Roman and Greek architecture; therefore it was named the Latin Neighborhood.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Latin neighborhood is located south of the <\/span>new Alamein<\/span><\/a>, near the old heritage city, and includes 12,555 residential units. they started working in these units in November 2018 and is planned to be finished and submitted in June 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n

Real Estate Developing Bodies of the Latin Neighborhood\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

The New Urban Communities Authority has assigned the Latin Neighborhood project to 6 major contracting companies, including GAMA, for the implementation of housing units.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gamma Company was established in 1991. The company is one of the most prominent contracting companies. It has contributed to most major national projects supervised by competent governmental bodies, such as the Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces and the New Urban Communities Authority.<\/span><\/p>\n

The company operates in three sectors: the factories sector, the buildings sector, and the infrastructure sector.<\/span><\/p>\n

Its most important residential projects include: the first phase in the Latin Neighborhood, the second phase of <\/span>Oriana residential <\/span><\/a>\u00a0for Al-Futtaim Group, and Mivida villas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Factors of Attractions in the Latin Neighborhood<\/b><\/a><\/h2>\n
