Mostakbal City, or Future City,\u00a0 is one of the new cities established for the sake of reducing density in the capital.<\/span><\/p>\n

The city, lying on an area of 11,000 feddans, is characterized by its good design and green areas that cover about 50% of its whole space.<\/span><\/p>\n

The city has been established by the decision of minister of housing, Mostafa Madbouly, in August, 2008. It has been carried out by El Mostakbal for Urban Development Mostafa.<\/span><\/p>\n

The city is divided into 2 sectors, T and U, between which the residential units are distributed. Buildings are planned not to include more than 6 floors for not to cause population density in the city.<\/span><\/p>\n

Location of Mostakbal City<\/b><\/h2>\n

The city is located in Kilo 35 of Cairo-Ismailia Sahrawi Road. It\u2019s only 3 km from <\/span>Al Shrouk City<\/span><\/a>, and 5 km from Obour Market.<\/span><\/p>\n

An environmentally friendly city<\/b><\/h2>\n

Mostakbal City has been designed to be environmentally friendly city; as green areas occupy half of its whole space. Moreover, half of city\u2019s waste is recycled, and the rest is disposed by environmentally friendly methods.<\/span><\/p>\n

City services in Mostakbal City<\/b><\/h2>\n

City residents enjoy numerous services that make their lives easier, in addition to different facilities available near to their residential units. Thus, Mostakbal City is a comprehensive and privileged residential project.<\/span><\/p>\n

The city has 2 entry gates, one of them is located on Mubarak Road, near to Al Shrouk City, and the other is on Cairo-Ismailia Sahrawi Road.<\/span><\/p>\n

Guard duty is permanently available at these two gates and residential units’ gates.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Moreover, there is an emergency building for helping residents if any emergent incident happened.<\/span><\/p>\n

Transportation services<\/b><\/h3>\n

Buses are containable for facilitating residents\u2019 moving inside the city, in addition to public buses for transferring residents from the city to <\/span>El Hegaz Square in Heliopolis<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hence, Mostakbal residents can go to any place using transportation means available in Heliopolis.<\/span><\/p>\n

Commercial services<\/b><\/h3>\n

The city hugs a number of trade stores and markets. Furthermore, there is Mostakbal Sun Mall; a trade mall executed by the Egyptian Armed Forces.<\/span><\/p>\n

Entertainment services<\/b><\/h3>\n

In addition to the huge number of green areas that occupy 50% of city\u2019s whole space, there are 4 sporting clubs, and biking park which is the first of its kind in Egypt. This park has bike tracks of 3 km.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
