This was to reduce congestion in central <a href=\"https:\/\/aqarmap.com.eg\/en\/for-sale\/property-type\/alexandria\/\">Alexandria<\/a>. In addition, the city administratively follows the New Urban Communities Authority.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Location of the New Borg El Arab<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The city of New Borg El Arab is located 48 km west of <a href=\"https:\/\/advice.aqarmap.com.eg\/en\/alexandria-excellent-destination-for-successful-project\/\">Alexandria<\/a>. Moreover, it is 7 km from the coast of the Mediterranean Sea and the Alexandria-Matrouh coastal road, and about 3 km from the city of <a href=\"https:\/\/aqarmap.com.eg\/en\/for-sale\/property-type\/alexandria\/borg-el-arab\/\">Borg El Arab<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Area of <\/b><b>\u200b\u200bNew Borg El Arab\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Most importantly, the area of <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u200b\u200b<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the city is about 255 square kilometers, and is divided into 13 neighborhoods, including many fundamental and recreational services, for example:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Schools, nurseries and universities<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A special area for banks and banking services<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A technological zone, including companies and commercial offices<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sports clubs, including: Smouha Club and Petrosport Club<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5 industrial zones<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hospitals, including: Borg\u00a0El Arab Hospital\u00a0for\u00a0Cancer, Borg El Arab General Hospital, and Al Salam Royal Private Hospital<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Housing units in New Borg El Arab<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The city includes numerous and various housing units,<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">reaching about 25,150 housing units established by more than one construction company, for example:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Urban Communities Authority established about 9,473 housing units.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Private sector companies constructed around 9,485 housing units.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces implemented about 6,192 housing units.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">Moreover, a number of 27,934 housing units are currently under construction.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Prices of housing units<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prices vary in accordance with the area of units. The average land price is around EGP 800 per square meter. Areas range from 209 square meters to 270 square meters.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To clarify, the average price per square meter for the privileged housing lands is EGP 1,750 per square meter. Areas range from 600 square meters to 1,200 square meters.
