About The Compound<\/b><\/h2>\n

The project is developed by <\/span>Memaar Al Morshedy<\/span><\/a>. It is a full-service residential project that includes 24,000 housing units, in addition to a large space of green areas. It is also one of the largest architectural projects in Egypt, and the largest residential, administrative, and commercial compound in 6th of October City.<\/span><\/p>\n

Location of the compound<\/b><\/h2>\n

The project is strategically located just a few minutes away from Media Production City, Dream Land, and about 20 minutes away from Cairo\u2019s Down Town. It is also situated near several important hubs and main roads, such as (Al-Wahat Road, and the 26th of July Axis), as well as Misr University for Science and Technology; the largest private Egyptian university.<\/span><\/p>\n

Compound’s space<\/b><\/h2>\n

The compound<\/span><\/a> spans over an area of <\/span>\u200b\u200b<\/span>500 acres, and the construction process is divided into several stages, each of which includes its own services and facilities. 18% of the compound is allocated for <\/span>\u200b\u200b<\/span>buildings and housing units, while the largest percentage is distributed between gardens, wide green areas and artificial lakes, in order to provide a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere, as well as to enjoy the beauty of nature.<\/span><\/p>\n

Division<\/b><\/h2>\n

The project is designed in Western style, as per the latest international standards and engineering designs, in order to suit all tastes. The three stages include a large number of prefabricated housing units, the first of which spans over an area of <\/span>\u200b\u200b<\/span>125 acres, and contains 241 residential buildings, while the number of housing units amount to 7620 housing units of various types and spaces.<\/span><\/p>\n

The second stage is established over an area of <\/span>\u200b\u200b<\/span>125 acres, and contains 307 residential buildings, while the total number of units is 9228 units. Moreover, the third stage is built over an area of <\/span>\u200b\u200b<\/span>100 acres, and contains 118 residential buildings, while the total number of units is 7078 housing units.<\/span><\/p>\n

Design of the compound<\/b><\/h2>\n

Each stage has a different design. The compound also includes special designs with facades for residential buildings and apartments, in the English style, Italian style and Andalusian style.<\/span><\/p>\n

Buildings in the first and second stages consist of a ground floor, five identical floors, and a garage in front of each building, while in stage number three, it consists of a ground floor, three identical floors, and a garage under the building, in addition to a luxurious marble entrance in each building.<\/span><\/p>\n

Design of the compound is suitable for sports enthusiasts, as it contains several open areas with wide spaces, which allow them to practice various sports activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

The space of each housing unit is about 80 square meters, while the design of each unit varies. Some of these units contains a garden. The space of each garden varies in space, starting from <\/span>\u200b\u200b<\/span>20 square meters to 60 square meters.<\/span><\/p>\n

Moreover, the interior design of each unit differs from the others, as there are H and R designs. Each unit contains a reception of two pieces, a master bedroom, a children’s bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
