In light of the urban and construction expansion that the country is witnessing along with new high-quality cities that are like the most prominent cities in the world, the Urban Communities Authority, represented by the Minister of Housing, signed a contract with China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) with the aim of building 5 new towers in the New Alamein City.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

CSCEC is\u00a0 the same company executing the towers in the New Administrative Capital in <\/span>the Financial and Business District properties. <\/span><\/a>The company also supervises the implementation of the iconic tower, which is the tallest in Africa, with a total investment of about $ 1.92 billion.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

One of these towers will be an iconic tower for the new city with a total height of 250 meters, or about 68 floors . It will cover an area of \u200b\u200babout 465,000 square meters and will take 45 months to be implemented.\u00a0 The other four towers will reach a height of 200 meter, equivalent to 56 floors , With a total flat area of \u200b\u200b320,000 square meters.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>The towers are to be implemented within 39 months from the date of signing, February 2021. The project will be funded by the Urban Communities Authority, and the cost will be fully paid in Egyptian pounds.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
