On the north of the Downtown, there is the Government District, and on the west of it is Al Massa Hotel, the most important and largest of hotels in the New Capital. On the east is the second phase of the New Administrative Capital, and on the south of it is the Mohammed Bin Zayed Axis and the Green River. It is the most important and best central area in terms of investment in the New Administrative Capital.<\/span><\/p>\n
