The Administrative Capital is 60 kilometers from the heart of Cairo.<\/p>\n<p>The project includes luxury villas and outstanding apartments. For the first time in Egypt and the Middle East, Vertical Forest is implemented, where residential towers are surrounded by plants that help to reduce pollution and increase oxygen levels in the atmosphere. The contract, concerning 2500 units, has been concluded with total sales of EGP 5.9 billions for the two phases.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Services<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition to the housing units and villas, a social sports club is being built over an area of 4.5 acres, a commercial mall over an area of 90 thousand meters by investments up to EGP 2 billion, a global hotel with a capacity of 250 rooms, and an administrative tower over an area of 20 thousand meters by investments up to EGP 800 million.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Types of properties at Il Bosco Project<\/b><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apartments<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Town Houses<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Private Villas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The housing units are over an area of 120-200 square meters, and the villas are over an area of 250-500 square meters.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Delivery dates of the first residential Units of the project<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The first delivery process is scheduled to start in October 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Units\u2019 Prices and Payment Methods<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The company has two main payment methods: the first is installment payment over 7 years without interests and payment of 10% of the unit value as a reservation, while the second is payment of the unit prices over 9 years with interests.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The prices* vary according to the location and size of units, starting from EGP 9,000\u00a0 per meter to EGP12,000.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The current prices* are preliminary and are expected to increase due to the increasing interest in the New Administrative Capital. Moreover, there is a variation in the land prices* but in all cases, it would not be less than EGP 3,500 per square meter.
