As for the methods of booking and payment, this is done through a lottery, where the customer pays a downpayment of EGP45,000 to reserve the unit. After winning the lottery, 20% of the price will be paid within a month, and administrative fees will be paid.  

The remaining installments shall be paid over five years , one installment every 3 months, taking into account: 

• If the unit area ranges from 110 to 115 square meters, the value of the first four installments is EGP7,500 

• For the rest of the spaces, the value of the first four installments must be EGP 10,000
