Area of Amwaj North Coast is approximately 360 acres. It extends over a beach of 1,300 meters in length, with a depth of 1,200 meters. The project is composed of four phases in which it includes more than 3,500 housing units, varying between chalets, hotels, apartments, villas and duplef the project have been delivered, and 362 housing units of the fourth phase have also been delivered. Work is underway to deliver the remaining units, 577 units, by the end of this year.
