Mivida is an Emaar developed community and probably the best in terms of the Master Developer keeping up the maintenance. That said, there are numerous problems in the entrance to the development which is very unsafe and treacherous. It is difficult to get to the neighbourhoods that are in the back after having to go over a series of speedbumps and the public buses drive very unsafely and clog up the roads. The Circle K grocery does not stock products proper for the economic status of the community like fresh milk, butter, and healthy breads. Why entrances can't have automatted access for the residents rather than having a series of manned gates. Solar lites do not provide sufficient light at night. Maintenance of the villas is only in Arabic and often you will call the same maintenance people back 3 times to finish the same problem. Orange Triple Play service for internet, tv and phones are the worst. Emaar should renegotiate this contract. Cell coverage does not get into units. TV channels are dropped at will and I would not even buy this service. Internet service is intermittent. In Canada they would give you a refund for this level of service.
الاندلس الجديده infrastructure جديده ، مساحات خضراء كبيره و منظمه انصحك تنزل برنامج new Cairo map لسبب بسيط هتسهل عليك جدا الاختيار للأراضي المتاحه بدون ما يتنصب عليك . الشي الثاني لما تختار اختار أشياء كورنر و علي فيو حلو و خد من شركه معروفه عشان النصب و حدد هل للاستثمار ام للسكن المباشر لان معظم الاندلس غير اهله بالسكان . شكرا

أهلا . أميرة موسى ، لقد قمت بمحاولة شراء فيلا أو أرض في الموقع المشار إليه وللأسف إليك ما وصلت إليه من نتيجة :- 1- كل المطورين العقاريين بيكرروا نفس الإسطوانة عند محاولة البيع والتسويق. 2- البعض منهم أكثر إحترافا ليس بالمعنى المقصود في لاتسويق والبيع ولكن في الضحك على العميل. 3. في الخلاصة ... إطلب من البائع أو المطور العقاري يصور لك الحياة اليومية بالفيديو في أي يوم فجأءة وخلي عندك إصرار في الطلب الغريب ده بس واقعي جدا وسهل جدا . 4. لو إترفض طلبك - زي ما حصل معايا - إرفض التحدث مع هذه الشركة نهائيا وشوف غيرها ومضيعشي وقتك معاهم وهكذا لحد ما حد يرضى يصور لك الموقع على الطبيعة في لوقت اللي أنت تختاره وبعدها روح تعاقد على الشقة أو الأرض اللي تعجبك.
