The Financial and Business District includes the highest skyscraper in Africa, the Iconic Tower, with a height of 345 meters. Additionally, the district will include a headquarters for the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE), a banknote printing press, financial and investment institutions, and a special area for banks that includes residential, service, commercial and administrative units for sale.
