The developer reputation is rated from 1 to 10, whereby 10 means the developer has an excellent reputation while 1 means the developer has a poor reputation. This factor was rated by a group of real estate brokerage companies that have been working in the market for a long time and that have worked with most developers and helped them sell to thousands of buyers.

The developer reliability in delivering projects on time is rated from 1 to 10, whereby 10 means the developer has an excellent track record in terms of delivering projects on time while 1 means the developer is always late in delivering projects and sometimes they never deliver. The following factors impact this rating: 

- Number of units delivered 
- Timing of phases delivery compared to Launch date 
- Construction progress as per satellite imagery

The project location is rated from 1 to 10, whereby 10 means the location is excellent while 1 means the location is poor, far, and not favorable. The following factors impact this rating: 

- The importance & location of the neighborhood 
- The location of the project within the neighborhood 
- The demand for the area by buyers 
- The geo-proximity to magnet destinations

The project luxury is rated from 1 to 10, whereby 10 means the projects is lavish and posh while 1 means the project is very humble and basic. The following factors impact this rating: 

- The neighborhood & the project location 
- The reputation and experience of the developer 
- The level of the designs and the amenities 
- The average price per meter

The interest alignment of Real Estate brokerage firms and their agents with the interest of the buyer is extremely important. Many buyers do not know that some Developers pay very high commissions to their brokers, and this causes some of them to recommend such Developers at the expense of much more qualified and better Developers that pay normal or low commissions. 

This rating ranges from 1 to 10, a rating of 10 means the developer pays the normal commission (2.5% typically) or less than that. A rating of 1 means the developer pays very high and unrealistic commissions.
