اعتقد ان السبب هو زياده المعروض وخاصه مع دخول شركات التطوير العقار فى هذا المجال وكذلك حاله الترقب وعدم وضوح الرؤيه فى مجال العقار من قبل المستهلك

السبب زيادة العرض وقله الطلب وقله الدخل بسبب الصرف الحالي
