Hey everyone, I currently own an apartment in Madinaty and an apartment in Capital Gardens by Palm Hills, I’m wondering if selling both and buying an apartment in either CFC, Lakeview residences or Mivida is a good idea? I do not live in Egypt so this change would be purely for investment purposes. Keep what I already own or sell and buy in one of those compounds? Also, if anyone knows accurate/current prices of a 96m2 apartment in Madinaty (fully finished to the highest standards and furnished) and 155m2 (unfinished) in Capital Gardens, please let me know. Any advice/help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

and 2,480,000 for capital gardens apartment and i recommend for you mivida new cairo for investment purpose it has many serices, unique design and investment future - 1,800,000 for madinty apartment as an average

Buy in new administration capital. I believe it would be the supreme investment in near future. Try to buy shop in commercial mall instead of apartment or villa, away better
