عمارات التطوير فى الشويفات تبع البنك على حد علمى مميزتها ان موقعها كويس واسعارها معقوله وممكن تتسجل فى هيئه المجتمعات العمرانيه على حد علمى برضه عيوبها ان شكل العمارات وحش؛ محتاجه تتجدد المنطقه يبان مستواها مش راقى بس انا ماسكنتش هناك لكن دى المميزات والعيوب الظاهره من بعيد يعنى
