Duplexes: It consists of two floors with areas starting from 185 square meters. They include 3 bedrooms and 2 or 3 bathrooms, a reception room, a kitchen, a terrace, and a roof directly overlooking the sea. The area of the duplex reaches 320 square meters and includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
