Ground floor and basement: a group of shops built on an area of 7000 square meters, accommodating all commercial activities and services.

This area consists of 18 residential buildings, each consisting of four floors and 14 housing units with different areas ranging from 48 square meters for studios to 135 square meters for apartments.
Each building has an elevator for residents, and all units overlook the swimming pools and Aqua Park, as well as green spaces and landscapes, and most of them overlook the sea and Tiran Island.

Sharm Concrete Company provides different payment systems to facilitate its clients who are residents of the village.
A down payment of 50% of the unit value can be paid, with the rest being paid in installments over a period of three years.
30% down payment can be paid with the rest paid in installments for three years.
It is required to pay 50% of the unit value in addition to a maintenance deposit of 10% of its value upon receipt. All units have been delivered with Super Lux finishing.

Secondly, the apartments: They are noticeably larger than the residential studio, as they contain more than one or at least two rooms with a kitchen and bathroom with a larger area, and also include a reception hall or a larger living space. These units have a more luxurious design that helps to make better use of the spaces and acquire larger pieces of furniture.
Third, the separate villas: There is no doubt that the separate villas have more privacy, each of which is surrounded by a special external wall that separates it completely from the rest of the units, and includes inside rooms and larger spaces, and some of them may have more than one floor in addition to a private roof. These types of units carry a high level of luxury, and some of them may have a private pool and a private garden as well.
