The first and second floors: each of them includes a group of hotel rooms equipped for accommodation at the highest standards while providing high-quality hotel services.
Residential Area
This area consists of 18 residential buildings, each consisting of four floors and 14 housing units with different areas ranging from 48 square meters for studios to 135 square meters for apartments.
Each building has an elevator for residents, and all units overlook the swimming pools and Aqua Park, as well as green spaces and landscapes, and most of them overlook the sea and Tiran Island.
Villas area
It includes about 18 separate villas, each of them is three floors with a pergola roof, with an area of 300 square meters, and divided into five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a reception and a kitchen. Each villa has a private swimming pool, green space and garage, and each villa is surrounded by an external wall to maintain privacy and independence.

Sharm Concrete Company provides different payment systems to facilitate its clients who are residents of the village.A down payment of 50% of the unit value can be paid, with the rest being paid in installments over a period of three years.30% down payment can be paid with the rest paid in installments for three years.
