The project is designed in the shape of the letter W so that we have a variety of views in our units. Our building has 5 floors (low ground + garden - high ground 1.90 m away from the surface of the ground - 3 repeated floors), Total units are 321 units, divided as follows:

- 32 units on the low floor. With a garden
- 72 units on the high ground.
- 72 units per recurring floor.
The project is 500 meters away from the sea because it is directly on the tourist walk and, consequently, the beach is private only for the owners.

Payment Plans on Biscay Resort Somabay

- 10% down payment, 5% after the first year,, and equal installments over 4 years

- 20% down payment, 20% after the first year and a half,, and equal installments over 6 years
- 30% down payment, 20% after the first year and a half,, and equal installments over 7 years
- A 10% maintenance deposit is obtained one year before receipt
