The project is designed in the shape of the letter W so that we have a variety of views in our units. Our building has 5 floors (low ground + garden - high ground 1.90 m away from the surface of the ground - 3 repeated floors), Total units are 321 units, divided as follows:

  • 72 units on the high ground.
  • 72 units per recurring floor.

  • 20% down payment, 20% after the first year and a half,, and equal installments over 6 years
  • 30% down payment, 20% after the first year and a half,, and equal installments over 7 years
  • A 10% maintenance deposit is obtained one year before receipt
