5 acres is a suitable space to execute a huge project like The Five New Capital Mall, and this choice came after a brainstorming the developer company made. It could provide its clients who have different dreams and different careers with the units that suit their majors. “The Five” refers to the number of the buildings Samco Holding planned for, as well as it is going to be a huge mixed-use project.
