Design of The Walk Mall Gated Community

The Walk Mall is located over a large area of 8 acres.
It consists of two buildings in the middle of them is a walkway 170 meters long and 50 meters wide, and this walkway ends with a rooftop theater that can accommodate 1000 people for holding parties.

Each building consists of a basement, ground floor, and 11 upper floors. The mall is equipped with all the main and modern technical facilities, which allow the work of the most famous international brands and make it suitable for all commercial activities.
The mall was divided according to the commercial activity of each project.

-Lower floors: It is designated for shops, banks, cafes, and hypermarkets
-External spaces: The external spaces of some stores on the ground floor have been allocated for restaurants and cafes, knowing that there is an area that is allocated only for restaurants and cafes

-Administrative floors: A number of floors have been allocated for administrative activities, as the project includes several administrative offices in a variety of spaces and designs, to suit customers and company owners, while ensuring that all administrative floors are provided with all basic facilities and various means of communication, to facilitate work

The company offers different and suitable prices for customers, and also provides facilities upon payment and there is also an installment system where only 10% of the unit price is paid and the rest of the amount is paid in installments over a long period of time, units will be received in 2021.
