AlRabwa Residence

About the company:

• Our role as founders of UEE is to have an enormous impact on the field, and help to shape architectural trends from 2005 onward. We also design in our own right, though it’s fair to say that we were more of a refiner of other people’s ideas than innovators. Nonetheless, our work achieved iconic status in a number of cases, most notably in the residences we built in Hurghada. Cordoba is one that dissolves the boundaries between inside and out, public and private. It’s expansive use of a mixture of classical & modern architecture undoubtedly inspired much of the architect for today’s luxury developments. We similarly rode the postmodern wave with our “Alrabwa Residence” project , so called for its exquisite location meaning the Hill.

Project Description:

• In the city of Hurghada, a charming coastal city with a distinctive location on the Red Sea coast, we chose to build AlRabwa on a high hill, a location with a distinctive view; the heart of the hotel area named after the Marriott & Sheraton Hotels; the touristic boardwalk that enjoys the tranquility, sea view and proximity to shopping and commuting facilities and 10 minutes away from Hurghada International Airport.

• AlRabwa has been elegantly designed with a mixture of modern and classical architectural style and an interior design that provides privacy, comfort, quality of lighting and ventilation ranging from 80 m to 160 m to meet the needs of all as well as a spectacular sea view. Swimming pools provided come in an innovative two-level design with a large beautiful green landscape. We haven’t forgotten the importance of the 24-hour security, hotel-like reception and management for the project, elevators, private garage, central satellite services for your TVs, Central Intercom to ensure our residents' comfort and safety.
