Payment plans of CAYO Mall

The developer offered many payment methods as follows:

- 10 % down payment – equal installments for 6 years.
- 15 % down payment – equal installments on 7 years.
- 20 % down payment – equal installments on 8 years.
- 30 % down payment – equal installments on 9 years.
- 40 % down payment – equal installments on 12 years.
- 45 % down payment – equal installments on 4 years after delivery.
