Sama Cairo City is a contemporary integrated city designed by a group of major specialized companies in designing new cities in Egypt and Middle East. The project is spread over 43 acres, includes construction of 97 apartment building into account in design of the buildings rises gradually from eight to twelve, and the role of classical Balusbandat are manufactured from high quality raw materials (Hashimh stone, basalt and marble) and the entrance of the finest types of granite and marble (Double Black) Is the implementation of the project consists of four stages of the first phase of the 31 apartment building while the second and third phase include the construction of each apartment building and 20 fourth phase includes the construction of 26 apartment building.
