About Q Bay North Coast

Q Bay North Coast is one of the distinguished coastal developments by Q Developments, offering a refined seaside lifestyle that combines modern architecture, privacy, and a prime location on the North Coast. The project extends across 43 acres and features a low-density development approach, with only 18% of the total land allocated to buildings, while the remaining area is dedicated to greenery, open spaces, and recreational features.
The project offers a diverse selection of residential units, including chalets, townhouses, and standalone villas, with thoughtfully planned layouts designed to provide comfort, privacy, and attractive views. With its private sandy beach extending across 250 meters and its proximity to New Alamein City, Q Bay North Coast offers both a premium summer destination and an appealing coastal investment opportunity.
