About Badr City
This is one of the newer cities in Cairo governorate, and it’s located on Cairo–Sues road right after New Heliopolis City. Badr City location gained more value as soon as government announced its plan to develop the new administrative capital south of the area. Badr is well planned, quiet, and offers affordable real estate properties. It is likely that Badr will witness huge growth when the government proceeds with its plans to build the new administrative capital; however, for the time being, Badr remains very far from the center of Cairo, and it lack’s public transportation, and basic services and goods. The city offers mostly economic housing units, with some middle and upper-middle opportunities. The key landmarks in Badr are: Russian University, Exhibits Area, and Entertainment area. Badr can be reached by driving via Cairo–Sues road; however, public transportation to the city is limited.
