The Seventh Neighborhood offers Villas only and it is close to entrance 1. It is located next to the schools area and the center of the city, bordering Shorouk 2000 compound and the Eighth Neighborhood. It is known for its luxury, and close proximity to the services area, but it is relatively inhabited. About El Sherouk City: One of Cairo’s newer cities, located at the North East, at Kilo 37 on Cairo–Ismailia road, and it extends to Cairo–Sues road. El Sherouk is known for its calmness, fresher air, green areas, distinct urban planning, and distance from population density.
