Hadayek El Koba real estate apartments and villas prices

This is one of Cairo’s oldest neighborhoods. It is located in the center Cairo, and it has an abundance of schools, but it has some slum areas. El Koba Gardens most known landmarks are: Qaser El Koba, and Misr Sudan street. The residential levels vary inside Hadayek El Koba, but the overall offering is middle level housing. There are a few areas that offer upscale housing, several areas that offer economic housing, and a few areas that can be considered slums. It is very easy to access the neighborhood using public transportations and the following three Metro stations (Kobry El Koba, Hammamat El Koba, and Saraya El Koba).
